Let’s sit and chat awhile over coffee or a hot chia tea, shall we? My name is Tab and I cannot wait to get to know you!!
I am a daughter, mother, wife, teacher, speaker, writer, and counselor. These are just a few of the hats I wear. I will almost bet that, although you may have different hats than I do, you have just as many hats or responsibilities in your life. But Let me tell you a little about who I am…
I love the outdoors and being active, yet I love my quiet times before everyone in my household gets up in the morning as well. I love to hike and to paint. I love to spend time with friends and my family and yet I cherish those quiet alone times as I seek God’s face.
This was not always the case. I have struggled with severe anxiety and depression to a point where I didn’t want to come out of my closet or my room not alone my house and could give some of the greatest excuses known to mankind for not doing so.
I have struggled with the death of a child, the loss of major dreams, divorce, and a blended family. I have lived with a son who has a personality disorder, Aspergers, and drug addiction within our family unit. I have been raped and had to climb some of the hardest, highest, and steepest mountains in trying to overcome the emotional turmoils that life had bestowed on me.
The struggles that I have listed and many many more have better enabled me for the ministry God has called me to do. They have equipped me with the profound love for Jesus and for people who are struggling with any of life’s mountains.
I love to SPEAK to groups of people about how wonderful God’s love is for us and different ways of handling crisis in a healthier manner. If you are considering a small or large conference please look to see the different topics that I presently speak about.
I love to EQUIP others to serve. Please look and see the different upcoming seminars and/or events that will be held over the next several months.
I love to COUNSEL and/or COACH people one on one. I believe that Jesus had a special heart for the weary and burdened. I further believe that we as Christians are called to help those who are hurting and are struggling just to hold their heads above water.

God has created us uniquely, and yet we can overcome the struggles we go through with the help of someone who has been there and done it.
I am honored to serve God through serving people whoa re trying to find their way in this world.
